A QUADRANTE, empresa de serviços de Consultoria de Engenharia e Arquitetura, líder de mercado na sua área de atuação e forte presença internacional, pretende reforçar a sua área Financeira, nos escritórios do Porto, com um Assistant Controller: Responsabilidades: -Apoio na preparação do orçamento anual (e reorçamento) do Grupo; – Apoio na monitorização da execução orçamental do Grupo; – Acompanhamento mensaldo processo de reporting de empresas/delegações internacionais; – Apoio na preparação dos Relatórios mensais de Controlo de Gestão; – Apoio no acompanhamento financeiro/auditoria da atividade operacional do Grupo; – Apoio na monitorização da execução e classificação de CAPEX do Grupo; – Acompanhamento e controlo da existência dos Planeamentos dos projetos no ERP; – PMO mensal de controlo da rentabilidade dos projetos mais significativos; – Monitorização mensal dos custos imputados aos projetos (Horas e subcontratação) e respetivo follow-up junto dos Projet Managers das ações definidas Perfil e Competências: – Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Contabilidade, Finanças, Gestão ou área similar; – Experiência profissional de 2/3 anos, em funções similares, em ambiente de consultoria, auditoria ou multinacional; – Capacidade de uso ferramentas informáticas; – Conhecimentos de inglês (falado e escrito); – Facilidade de comunicação/relacionamento interpessoal; – Autonomia funcional, dinamismo, capacidade de planeamento e organização.
