Job Description We're seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand our client base and boost revenue in the Benelux market. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential for ambitious individuals who can navigate the unique dynamics of this region. Key Responsibilities Identify and explore partnership opportunities to expand our business presence. Forge and cultivate relationships with new clients while maintaining and enhancing existing business ties. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand clients' IT needs and propose tailored solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective negotiation and relationship management. Facilitate operational changes and strategic planning to foster business growth. Engage with customers to understand their needs fully and ensure our solutions align with their expectations. Meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Qualifications Experience in Business Development or Sales (experience in the Benelux market is an advantage). Track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT or software development services. Understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing is a big advantage. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage). Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies. Excellent organizational, project management, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving, networking, and time management skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation Competitive commission structure based on closed deals (Option for a non-commission-based contract available upon proven achievement of sales/results). Uncapped earning potential.
