**JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our Sales and Admissions team, with a primary focus on promoting and selling our short courses offering but also supporting the team in all existing pipelines and reaching out prospects. This role is ideal for someone who is starting their career in sales and is passionate about education and technology. The Junior Sales Representative will play a key role in reaching out to potential students, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the most suitable short courses that align with their career goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Engagement**:

- Conduct initial screening calls to understand the prospects' needs and interests.
- Provide detailed information about the short courses, including content, duration, outcomes, and fees.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:

- Assist in generating leads through market research and networking.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- **Enrollment and Support**:

- Guide prospects through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Address any questions or concerns regarding course details, payment options, and other related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure enrollment targets are met.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Sales and Admissions team to achieve collective goals.
- Support the team when it comes to reaching out contacts in the various pipeline tasks
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to help refine sales strategies.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends in tech education and short courses.
- Understand the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Hubpost) is a plus.
- Passion for education, technology, and personal development.
