Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Junior Sales Representative who is a native Dutch speaker with strong English skills to join our team in Lisbon. This role offers the perfect opportunity for individuals with around one year of sales experience to develop their careers in a dynamic sales environment.

About the Role

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Assisting in creating tailored sales presentations and proposals to meet client needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with team members to strategize and enhance sales efforts.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To be a native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
  • To have approximately one year of sales experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • To possess a proactive attitude and a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • To have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • To be able to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
  • To have good organizational skills and attention to detail.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €35,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with relocation support for candidates moving to Lisbon. Work Schedule
