Service Desk Agent Perfil:
Habilitações Académicas ao nível do 12º Ano;
Experiência profissional superior a 1 ano em Service Desk;
Experiência profissional comprovada em suporte técnico de ambientes Windows, nomeadamente sistemas operativos workplace e seu troubleshooting;
Conhecimentos de instalação de aplicações em ambientes workplace com sistemas operativos Windows;
Serão valorizados conhecimentos da ferramenta de registo de tickets ITSM;
É valorizada a certificação de ITIL;
Fluência em Português e bons conhecimentos em Inglês;
Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa;
Forte orientação para o cliente e cumprimento de objetivos;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos 24/7.
