As a Customer Adoption Specialist, your mission will be to help clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day to day operations, using the solutions provided by Stratio.

Predictive Modeling – the use of advanced AI algorithms to predict potential adverse events based on historical data and current trends

Data – an end-to-end solution that relies on proprietary hardware to collect comprehensive and quality vehicle data for AI training and inference

Continuous Learning – the system is designed to continuously update and refine predictions and ensure model quality and accuracy over time

Explainability – high stakes environment requires transparency, and stakeholders must be able to understand how predictions are made and what factors contribute to them

Actionability – the primary goal of the early warning system is not just to predict but to provide actionable insights and identify high-risk cases for effective resource allocation.

Your mission

You will act as a partner and a consultant to clients, understanding their organizations and supporting them using the solutions provided by Stratio to adopt predictive maintenance into their day to day operations, and to take maximum advantage from it.

This is a new role at Stratio - As you ramp up, you will be assigned client accounts to work with. You will manage projects with clients in different stages of their lifecycle. Some are just starting their projects with us, and some will be long standing clients. An in-depth understanding of each client organization and business will be expected from you.

You will be part of the Customer Enablement team whose mission is to help clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day to day operations.

As Customer Adoption Specialist you will:

Know your customer: For each account you are responsible for, engage at an in-depth level across our clients' businesses and know:

Our contracts and contract dates

The main stakeholders and their organization

New contracts the customer is bidding for

The client fleet

Client processes and organization for repair & maintenance of the fleet

Onboard and ramp up your customer: After the project is deployed, successfully onboard the customer and drive adoption, following the Stratio handbook for implementing predictive maintenance.

Own your account: You'll be responsible for ensuring the client successfully implements predictive maintenance, helping the client maximize the value taken from using the solutions provided by Stratio.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Stratio's implementation handbooks.

Flag account risks, opportunities, and monitor contract renewal dates with each account.

Accurately identify customer sentiment.

Internally clarify the experience our clients have, not just with our product, but with the experience implementing predictive maintenance (our company mission).

For clarification, your mission will not include:

Upsell or cross sell.

Sign paperwork with clients or similar commercial tasks.

This is what we believe is needed for this role:

Background:

2+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, delivering complex tech solutions.

Experience in consulting on implementation, transformation, and change management for tech projects, focusing on driving organizational change within client environments.

Skillset and mindset:

Operational (hands-on) and tactical mindset.

Great level of autonomy and ability to work under pressure, navigating the complexities of managing various customers in multiple stages of their lifecycle, and with different levels of satisfaction towards the service we are providing them.

Ability to interact at all levels of the clients' organization, from senior management to technical level.

Ability to build relationships and create rapport.

Strong proactivity mindset. Persistent, hungry, self-driven and self-directed mentality.

Organized and methodical with a high level of attention to details.

Context of Work:

Be internally the go-to person about the accounts you will be working with.

Availability to travel abroad (expect to travel every month).

Strong computer skills.

Comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced organization.

Located in Portugal.

Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (Must be able to work with Spanish and Portuguese speaking customers).

Fluency in English.

Bonus Points:

Automotive interest / background.

Experience working within an industry similar to ours.

Location:

Remote in Portugal, Onsite in Coimbra, or Hybrid. No matter the setup you choose we expect you to be available to meet us at our Coimbra office when needed. Expect that during the onboarding (first 2 to 3 months) to be working onsite one week per month in order to get to know the team and our operations.
