We are part of Cisco's Network Services Business Group and form the foundation of Cisco's growing Observability business.
Your Role as a Global Scale Specialist (GSS)
You will showcase your passion for customer service, enjoy learning new technologies, and demonstrate a 'customer first' attitude. As a GSS, you will lead a portfolio of Thousand Eyes' highest volume customer segment by leveraging technology, team-building, and data-driven programs to drive adoption through one-on-one and group customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure customer success as measured by adoption and health scores
• Communicate objectives and deliver solutions in a timely manner
• Provide regular reporting on customer health and utilization
• Develop customer engagement programs at scale (webinars, digital onboarding, etc.)
• Establish long-term relationships with customers
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Help drive customer renewal
• Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a Customer Scale Specialist or CSMA role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English
• Ability to work with various business units
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.)
Salary Range
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
