Role Overview
Step into the world of crypto with us As a Junior Customer Support Specialist in our trading department, you'll help drive client satisfaction and support seamless trading experiences. This is a hands-on role in a high-energy environment, perfect for a motivated individual looking to grow in the crypto industry.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients, answer inquiries, and assist with account issues.
Monitor and log data for trend analysis, using tools like Excel to keep our service on point.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline client support and enhance processes.
What We're Looking For
Excellent English Communication – Both written and spoken, to build rapport with clients.
Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage tasks and focus on quality service.
Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; comfort with data tools is a plus.
Interest in Finance or Crypto – A foundational understanding of finance or crypto markets is advantageous but not required.
