Descrição Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our existing client base, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Long-Term Partnerships: Work strategically to build and strengthen client relationships, aiming for long-term partnerships that align with both client and company goals. Deadline Management: Ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients, collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations. Internal Coordination: Bridge the gap between clients and internal design teams, effectively communicating client expectations, providing feedback, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Client Advocacy: Advocate for client needs and requirements within the agency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in account management, preferably in a B2B corporate communications or agency setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with corporate communication topics, especially related to presentations.
