The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Senior Executive. This role is pivotal in ensuring the Senior Executive's daily activities and operations run smoothly and efficiently. The main responsibilities are:
Provide support to the Senior Executive.
Ensure that all activities run smoothly, and all requests are answered.
Work closely with other departments and colleagues to ensure meetings and projects are scheduled and attended.
Assist and support the Hospitality Director / House Governor in the daily operation.
What you'll need to succeed
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office tools.
Deep knowledge of protocol standards and procedures.
Excellent level of Portuguese and English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
Loyalty, honesty, discretion, and highly professional capability.
Communications skills with different cultures, discretion and the ability to deal with sensitive situations and understand nuances, as well as the ability to work under pressure and to multitask.
