Inside Sales Manager Would you like to embrace a new professional challenge in a young, dynamic, and rapidly evolving Fintech? Are you passionate about sales and love direct customer interaction? If so, MagniFinance wants you on our team We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon. This professional will be responsible for expanding our customer base by promoting and selling technological solutions that simplify financial management for companies. What will your mission be? Ensure an excellent sales experience for current clients and secure sales to new companies, helping them improve their operations with MagniFinance solutions. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through active prospecting. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Effectively present and demonstrate MagniFinance solutions, tailoring your approach to each client's specific needs. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. What profile are we looking for? A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or financial services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results. A customer-oriented approach and the ability to understand their needs. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet goals. Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English (mandatory).
