Job Description Are you passionate about driving digital marketing success through paid media campaigns? We're seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our Digital Marketing division, you'll support the Marketing Managers to execute and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. About the Group: The Harland & Poston Group is a multicultural leading Real Estate & Development company, specializing in Golden Visa and Residency by Investment Programmes. Profile & Skills Experience with Google Analytics, MS Clarity, and Google Tag Manager Familiarity with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) and data privacy regulations Proficiency in data visualization tools for advanced reporting Education & Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media management Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification are a plus Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns aligned with the company objectives and target audiences Manage all aspects of paid media campaigns from initial Ad Account setup to ongoing campaign optimization Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement Conduct A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI Stay updated with industry trends and new advertising features to ensure campaign competitiveness #J-18808-Ljbffr
