About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. As Global Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving global sales growth, managing the performance of international inside and field sales teams, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong coaching and mentoring skills, and a passion for driving results.

? Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate our sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Market Launchers, providing regular feedback and coaching to optimize performance.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to support overall business objectives.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Your profile Proven track record of success in sales management -- 10 years of experience in sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a people management.
Travel, Marketplace, or Delivery industry experience in a fast-paced high-growth tech startup environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change.
