The company is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive client acquisition and build strategic partnerships in high-risk markets.
Key Responsibilities Client Prospecting and Acquisition: Actively search for and secure new clients in iGaming, Forex and ecommerce industries.
Identify high-potential prospects and tailor outreach strategies.
Outreach and Engagement: Manage and execute outreach efforts, including email campaigns, cold calls, and targeted pitches.
Present the company's payment solutions to potential clients, addressing their unique needs.
Networking and Conferences: Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build professional networks.
Generate leads and foster relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry players.
Sales Operations: Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed.
Requirements Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in payments or fintech.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in client acquisition.
Skills: Strong understanding of payment solutions and the global payments industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive approach to networking, outreach, and deal-making.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and client engagement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Eager to take initiative and work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
