Descrição da Função: Desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias para o onboarding de novos clientes, garantindo a sua integração, satisfação e retenção; Identificar oportunidades de upselling, baseado na análise do cliente e em parceria com a equipa comercial; Definição de KPI's paraanálise das métricas de cada cliente e posterior análise de forma a aumentar a satisfação do clientes e eficiência operacional. Requisitos da Função: Habilitações mínimas ao nível da licenciatura em Gestão ou similares (fator eliminatório); Experiência profissional mínima de 10 anos em funções semelhantes (fator eliminatório); Experiência no mercado Internacional (fator eliminatório), preferencialmente no Asiático; Conhecimentos avançadosem Inglês (fator eliminatório); Disponibilidade para viajar 50% do tempo do mês (fator eliminatório); Perfil comunicativo e dinâmico; Elevada capacidade de argumentação.
