We are looking for highly driven individuals with strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our growing sales organization.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ABsmartly, you will play a critical role in prospecting and expanding business opportunities within the EMEA region. You will lead a wide variety of activities that willgenerate, qualify, and mature our pipeline with prospects. We need someone with a hunter attitude who can take direction as well as have the drive and motivation to work autonomously. We expect a strong go-getter who has a focus on results
Role Description Collaborating closely with our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to develop pipeline strategies tailored to the EMEA market.Identifying and engaging key stakeholders within target accounts, building relationships and laying the groundwork for enduring partnerships.Implementing effective outreach strategies, including crafting compelling content such as case studies, presentations, collateral and demos, showcasing your creative prowess.Cooperate with marketing on inbound and outbound campaigns, including events, content, email, etc.Contributing actively to team dynamics, sharing insights, and participating in Sales Development initiatives, while aligning with the vision of our CCO.Effectively and diligently managing, monitoring, and reporting sales activities and outcomes utilizing Hubspot.Necessary Skills Experience: Previous experience in lead generation and sales (SaaS background preferred, though not mandatory).Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills.Prospecting Expertise: Strong familiarity with outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes.Partnership Experience: Experience working with partners, such as solution integrators, consultancies, and independent software vendors.Sales Mindset: Hunter mindset with excitement for SaaS sales.Entrepreneurial Spirit: A natural inclination to take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive business growth in the field of AB testing.Tech Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for tech sales.Curiosity: A curious mindset, capable of understanding prospects' challenges and how ABsmartly's AB testing solutions can address them.Adaptability: Thriving in dynamic environments and the ability to adjust to constant change.Strategic Thinking: Excitement about building things and a structured, strategic approach to working your territory.Ownership and Grit:Belief in being in charge of your own success and the resilience to persist in challenging situations.About ABsmartly At ABsmartly, our mission is to empower B2C companies to accelerate their product growth with a culture of experimentation.
