Com report direto à Head of Field Sales da Edenred Portugal, o Key Account Manager terá como principais funções: Explorar novos territórios de vendas com o objetivo de angariar novos clientes, aumentando o desempenho das vendas; Reconhecer e nutrir as necessidades dos clientes ao nível da gestão de contas já existentes; Documentar os resultados e atividade em CRM para desenvolver e acompanhar novos negócios; Compreender a base de clientes e os proutos da empresa para melhor recomendar melhorias de serviço aos clientes, com um vasto conhecimento da oferta da empresa e compreensão das tendências do sector; Saber monitorizar e gerir os objetivos e metas semanais/mensais; Apresentar novas ideiasque melhorem as margens de vendas com base no feedback dos consumidores; Gerir minuciosamente o território fornecido e acompanhar todas as interações com os clientes para maximizar as vendas nessa área; Participar em reuniões semanais e trabalhar com outros gestores de contas em equipa; Participar em eventos corporativos, representando a empresa, com vista à geração de leads para o negócio e networking. Licenciatura em Negócios, Marketing ou áreas similares; 3 ou 4 anos de experiência de vendas num ambiente B2B; Capacidade comprovada de criar e manter relações eficazes com os clientes para atingir ou exceder os objetivos de vendas; Natureza competitiva, esforçando-se por superar os outros; Excelentes capacidades de comunicação verbal, escrita e de escuta ativa; Domínio no ambiente MS Office e software's de CRM; Bons conhecimentos da língua Inglesa; Conhecimentos na área dos profissionais de Recursos Humanos, Compras e/ou Financeiros; Experiência no CRM Salesforce; Bons conhecimentos de Francês e Espanhol. Pacote de benefícios flexíveis; Regime de trabalho híbrido (12 dias por mês); 25 dias de férias (dia de aniversário + 1 wellbeing day + véspera de Natal ou Ano Novo, quando esses dias forem úteis); Benefício de antiguidade na empresa (1 dia de férias extra por cada ciclo de 5 anos de antiguidade).
