We are constantly looking for great talents, aiming for excellence and ready to join our ambitious adventureHeadcount Growth:July 2019: 10July 2020: 50July 2021: 200July 2023: +500You will join the Customer Success team, which is responsible for training, platform customization, and customer follow-up throughout their experience with AgicapAs a member of the Customer Success Tech team, you act as the link between our two largest departments: Sales (contract negotiation and signing) and Customer Success.Your missions:In collaboration with the Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Tech teams, your mission will be to provide the client with access to all the necessary information for cash flow management on the platform in a minimum amount of time.You will be responsible for:Integrating client data:For our new clients, you are the technical expert responsible for helping them define the data to be integrated into the tool and the best method for doing so. Your role is therefore key to client satisfaction and long-term retention.Supporting our clients in implementation:Understanding the technical and financial needs of B2B clients across all sectors.Mastering programming languages to automate our internal processes (Python, VBA).Being proficient in Excel to solve client issues (Excel matrices).Providing suggestions to clients and other Customer Success services to offer the most suitable solution to their needs, considering technical constraints.Communicating with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the rapid implementation of Agicap.Creating the tools of tomorrow to facilitate client setup for all CS services in France and globally (Using Cloud technologies with Python)
