Senior Customer Success Engineer Team Lead

At Agicap, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way companies manage their cash flow. As a Customer Success Engineer Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving our international expansion and ensuring the success of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the international Customer Success Engineer team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success.
- Develop and implement project plans for ongoing automation initiatives, driving operational efficiency and reducing manual effort.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Key Account Managers, Onboarders, and Account Managers, to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Customer Success workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, with previous exposure to team management.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong proficiency in Python and understanding of the REST API concept.
- Excellent project management and change management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively.
