Agicap is a rapidly growing FinTech company that provides financial management solutions for SMEs and Mid-Market companies. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team in Lisbon.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with clients to understand their technical and financial needs. The role will involve integrating client data, supporting clients in implementation, and providing suggestions to clients and other Customer Success services to offer the most suitable solution to their needs.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a complex technical platform that will serve the entire Customer Success department at Agicap. They will also contribute to the automation and industrialization of processes within our CS France teams and eventually globally.
We are looking for a French native speaker with English fluency, who is in their final year of business or engineering school or has 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Python and be able to prioritize, organize themselves, and communicate effectively.
