As we are working towards elevating our customer and patient experience through omnichannel engagement, we are looking for a new talent to fill the position of Omnichannel and Content Manager (m/f/d), in the Centralized team of our Omnichannel Hub South, covering Ireland, Belux, Switzerland, Austria and Portugal with specific focus on driving the insights, analytics and optimization capability.You will be in the lead of designing and enabling omnichannel analytics solutions for the marketing teams to measure and optimize their campaigns.
In your role, you will get your hands on some of the latest tools and research techniques, such as predictive modelling and artificial intelligence around tactic-level and omnichannel experiences and have a chance to nurture collaborative relationships with global and cluster omnichannel colleagues.Main responsibilitiesleading with the insights & measurement vision: providing trainings on measurement and tagging to the marketing organization colleagues across the Hub markets, sharing best practices and instilling a data savvy culture.providing hands-on support: guiding brand and omnichannel marketeers in setting up KPIs for their campaigns, developing testing protocols for A/B testing and setting up dashboards and implementing new measurement tools.Lead the development and implementation of best practice omnichannel measurement framework and KPIs within the marketing organizations of the hub marketsSet up and perform deep dive analyses to address specific business questions raised by Hub marketsDrive implementation and integration of new omnichannel analytics tools and practices and liaise with global and regional stakeholders to calibrate these for the Hub markets and/ or collect inspiration on best practices.Research, identify and develop a business case for new approaches and novel data science techniques into the Hub markets, partner with regional and Global BAI and CMO stakeholders for implementation.About youIdeally Bachelor or Master degree in Management / Marketing with a specialization Digital marketing and analytics or other specific training on data-driven marketing is a plus.At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in digital data-driven marketing requiredStrong interpersonal skills and intercultural mindset to connect with diverse types of stakeholdersAbility to work both independently and as a team and readiness to shift gears quickly in a fast paced and changeable pharma environmentResult oriented: balancing ambitious vision with a "get things done today" approach and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a deadline driven environmentExperience with tools for campaign and channel performance measurement, e.g.
