About Bedrock Help major media companies compete with streaming giants by shaping the standards of streaming in Europe.
We are a European tech venture, powered by leading European broadcasters (M6 and Bertelsmann / RTL Group), building and powering leading media streaming platforms for some of Europe's biggest SVOD/AVOD players (M6+, Videoland, RTL+…), dealing with 45+ millions of users.

BEDROCK is hiring a Business Development & Onboarding Manager to drive and elaborate smooth sales & onboarding processes to achieve ambitious goals.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development & Onboarding Manager, you will:
Business DevelopmentLead and coordinate RFP processes, collaborating with Product, Delivery, or Legal teams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness at all stages.Elaborate full commercial proposals, ensuring projects' profitability in a challenging market.Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and industry events.Create and maintain sales pitch presentations, case studies, and product overviews showcasing our cutting-edge solutions.Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, competitors, and major players in the B2B streaming ecosystem.Client OnboardingCollaborate with the VP Growth Strategy & Onboarding to design and refine onboarding processes fitting each client's unique requirements.Owning the end-to-end onboarding process, liaising between internal teams and external stakeholders for a smooth transition.Plan, coordinate, and lead in-depth workshops for new clients.What We're Looking ForWe seek candidates with:
1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, partnerships, strategic account management, or related roles in a technology, SaaS, or media company.Strong project management skills, managing multiple workstreams across internal and external teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, clearly conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.Analytical mindset, conducting market research and competitive analysis.Proven track record with RFP processes and developing commercial proposals.Proficiency with collaboration tools like Airtable and Google Workspace.Knowledge of the B2B streaming ecosystem or digital media market is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.Beyond Technical SkillsWe look for talents with:
