Job Overview and Responsibilities
Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Credit Management, Procurement, Human Resources and Transformation activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group's transformation.
Join us in one of our 3 service centers: Lisbon, Curitiba, and Bangkok and be part of this transformation journey.
We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to be responsible to provide
- level administrative support to the Head of GBS and the GBS Leadership team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will be a
- oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Executive Assistant will report to the Head of GBS.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Document Management: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents. Ensure all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Communication: Prepare organizational announcements and a few communications.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring the executive office is
- maintained and functional.
Event Planning: Coordinate and manage company events, conferences, and executive
- sites.
Expense Management: Process and track expense reports and invoices for the executive team.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Must-have skills
Exceptional organizational and
- management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Strong
- solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Must-have language skills
