Estamos a recrutar Sales Representative IQOS com contrato direto na Tabaqueira. Vem fazer parte da equipa comercial do Porto e sê uma peça chave no desenvolvimento da categoria de Tabaco Aquecido na vertente de B2C e B2B. 1. Foco em B2C – Consumidor Final (fumadores adultos): - Realizar a abordagem direta ao consumidor adulto com o objetivo de convertê-lo ao tabaco aquecido; - Identificar as necessidades do consumidor, propondo a melhor oferta de acordo com as ferramentas de trabalho disponíveis; - Criar e identificar oportunidades de demonstração do produto; - Converter fumadores adultos a produtos que apresentam um potencial de risco reduzido. 2. Foco em B2B – Gerir e desenvolver parcerias com retalhistas do Canal Horeca: - Otimizar a disponibilidade e visibilidade do produto e da categoria de tabaco aquecido nos pontos de venda de tabaco sempre em linha com as diretrizes da PMI; - Garantir que os retalhistas conhecem a categoria de tabaco aquecido e os seus benefícios; - Garantir as melhores condições no local para abordar e converter todos os fumadores adultos ao IQOS. - 12º ano obrigatório (Licenciatura é preferencial); - Experiência profissional prévia (preferencialmente na função de Vendas/Comercial); - Falar português fluentemente (fluência em Inglês será valorizada); - Excelente capacidade de comunicação e gosto genuíno pela área comercial em contato com o público; - Orientação para trabalhar com objetivos definidos e capacidade para trabalhar com autonomia; - Comunicação energética, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, escuta ativa e foco no cliente. - 12º ano obrigatório (Licenciatura é preferencial); - Experiência profissional prévia (preferencialmente na função de Vendas/Comercial); - Bons conhecimentos deferramentas Microsoft Office; - Falar português fluentemente (fluência em Inglês será valorizada); - Excelente capacidade de comunicação e gosto genuíno pela área comercial em contato com o público; - Orientação para trabalhar com objetivos definidos e capacidade para trabalhar com autonomia; - Comunicação energética, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal, escuta ativa e foco no cliente. #J-18808-Ljbffr
