Descrição Gerir, coordenar, formar, acompanhar e motivar as equipas comerciais pelas quais é responsável;Definir uma estratégia de acordo com as diretrizes da Direção Comercial e Plano de Marketing de cada marca de Personal Care, no sentido de assegurar o cumprimento dos objetivos comerciais e potenciar as vendas nas regiões a seu cargo;Tendo por base a análise dos dados sobre as vendas, identificar e propor ações corretivas aos planos de trabalho pré-definidos, no sentido de cumprir objetivos de faturação, reportando os dados à Direção Comercial;Será responsável pela gestão de grupos ou clientes de maior relevância para a companhia; Perfil ideal Formação académica em Ciências Farmacêuticas ou similar;Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções similares com gestão de equipa;Forte capacidade de liderança e motivação de equipas;Conhecimento comprovado no Canal Farmácia, preferencialmente na área de Personal Care;Forte capacidade analítica e orientação para resultados;Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relação interpessoal;Capacidade de tomada de decisão e de resolução de problemas;Domínio de ferramentas do Office e Veeva.
