We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Success Account Manager (PSAM) for our expanding team. This role is focused on overseeing and maintaining collaboration with partners through an advanced support program. You will advocate for partners, manage escalations, and ensure their successful utilization of support services and benefits.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee agreement management and validate partner data.Handle escalations and provide reactive management to resolve critical partner issues quickly.Assist with subscription entitlements and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth support operations.Provide account planning and program management support to partners.Ensure operational excellence by adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines.Demonstrate delivery excellence and maintain high partner satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience in account management and a solid understanding of partner ecosystems.Exposure to technical support environments and handling customer/partner escalations.Strong ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in complex situations.Capable of influencing across all organizational levels and fostering a collaborative environment.Proven experience working in a dynamic business environment across cultural boundaries.Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.Knowledge of Microsofts product portfolio is highly desirable.
