Job Overview

We are a fast-growing company that strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. Reporting to the People Manager, the People Partner will collaborate with our business leaders of the Supply Chain team to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring effective talent management, performance optimization, and compliance with employment laws. This role involves providing strategic advice, managing recruitment and employee relations, and maintaining accurate HRIS data to support business success. This role will be assigned a minimum of three times a week to our facilities in Cabra Figa, Sintra.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units or departments, understanding their objectives, challenges, and workforce needs.
Build strong relationships with business leaders and managers, acting as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters and providing guidance and support to drive business success.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify talent gaps, workforce planning needs, and organizational development opportunities, developing and implementing HR strategies to address them.
Oversee and administer our Supply Chain temporary work program.
Partner with hiring managers to facilitate recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the timely and effective sourcing, assessment, and onboarding of top talent.
Support performance management initiatives by providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans, including training.
Maintain HRIS (Bamboo) data integrity and accuracy, processing employee transactions and generating reports as needed.
Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement strategies.
Advocate for kencko-er needs and concerns, serving as a liaison between employees and management to promote a positive work environment and ensure fair and consistent treatment.
Stay informed about employment laws, regulations, and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to ensure compliance and best practices in HR management.
Required Skills And Qualifications

3+ years HR Generalist experience in a Portuguese factory environment.
Strong familiarity with Portuguese labor legislation.
Substantial experience in HR functional areas: onboarding, recruitment & selection; employee relations, compensation philosophies, health & safety, performance management, organizational effectiveness, applicable employment laws, policies, and training.
Rounded interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
High level of ownership, proactiveness, and organizational skills.
An internal drive to make things better.
Experience optimizing HRIS and ATS platforms such as BambooHR.
Ability to work in our Cabra Figa warehouse a minimum of three times a week.
Fluent language skills in English and Portuguese.
