Descrição A reportar à Administração internacional, este/a Portugal Business Development & Operations Director terá como principais responsabilidades:


Desenvolver e implementar o plano de negócios para o mercado português, alinhado com as diretrizes e estratégias globais da empresa;Identificar e estabelecer parcerias estratégicas com entidades locais (fornecedores, distribuidores, centros de recuperação, ginásios, etc.);Gerir e otimizar processos de logística, garantindo uma operação eficiente no mercado português;Liderar o desenvolvimento comercial no país, incluindo o planeamento e futura criação de uma equipa comercial;Analisar o mercado local e adaptar a estratégia global às necessidades e especificidades do mercado português;Representar a empresa em negociações com stakeholders importantes e eventos relevantes no setor;Colaborar estreitamente com a equipa internacional, reportando diretamente à sede e recebendo suporte contínuo nas áreas estratégicas e operacionais. Perfil ideal Enquanto Portugal Business Development & Operations Director terá de ser/ter:


Formação superior relevante para a função;Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de negócios, com um histórico comprovado em vendas e operações;Capacidade de elaborar e executar um plano de negócios, com um enfoque estratégico;Excelente capacidade de comunicação e negociação para lidar com parceiros e stakeholders de alto nível;Forte orientação para resultados, com capacidade de liderar e implementar projetos de forma autónoma;Capacidade de adaptação a novas realidades e mercados, com uma visão empreendedora;Experiência prévia em liderança de equipas comerciais ou em desenvolvimento de operações será valorizada;Embora o background desportivo não seja obrigatório, o conhecimento ou interesse pelo setor de bem-estar e recuperação física será uma vantagem;Conhecimentos de língua inglesa;Disponibilidade para viajar.
