Descrição da Função: O(a) Procurement & Inside Operations Assistant acompanha todo o processo relacionado com a faturação, encomendas de clientes e a fornecedores. Responsabilidades e Atividades Regulares: Análise de propostas pendentes; Encomendas a fornecedor:A) Elaboração de encomendas; B) Acompanhamento de encomendas; C) Lançamento de compras. Encomendas de cliente e validação dos dados necessários à sua faturação; Faturação e emissão de Notas de Crédito; Planeamento e controlo de encomendas e reporting junto às equipas de Gestão de Projeto e Gestores Comerciais; Atualização de dados relativamente ao fornecimento do material solicitado em cada proposta; Gestão de material de armazém: entrada e saída de material; Gestão de RMA's com a distribuição ao abrigo de garantias; Resposta diária a e-mails (internos e externos); Arquivo de encomendas afornecedor. Competências e Experiência Necessária: Experiência recomendada mínima em funções similares – 5 anos; Conhecimentos na plataforma da Cisco e PHC (valorizado); Domínio do Inglês na ótica escrita e falada; Licenciatura em Gestão/Economia/Contabilidade ou equiparada.
