Descrição Gestão Administrativa:Apoiar na organização geral do escritório e das tarefas diárias da direção.Preparar relatórios, documentos e apresentações.Manter a comunicação eficiente com fornecedores, clientes e parceiros.Gestão de Licenciamentos:Interagir com câmaras municipais e entidades licenciadoras , garantindo a conformidade dos processos.Acompanhar os prazos e resolver pendências dos licenciamentos.Gestão de Consultas ao Mercado:Pesquisar, contactar e negociar com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços.Garantir a obtenção de condições vantajosas para os projetos.Suporte a Projetos Imobiliários:Colaborar com as equipas técnicas internas e externas.Monitorizar prazos, custos e qualidade dos projetos em execução. Perfil ideal Ensino secundário terminado, formação superior será altamente valorizado;Pelo menos cinco anos de experiência comprovada em funções similares;Perfil dinâmico, organizado, proativo e orientado para soluções;Background profissional estável;Gosto por tarefas distintas e sentido de polivalência;Fluência em inglês;Disponibilidade para iniciar um novo projecto no início do ano;Excelentes competências interpessoais;Elevado sentido de confidencialidade, rigor e compromisso.Vantagens Oportunidade de integrar um projecto estável de referência.
