Responsabilidades ChaveAs a Customer Support Advisor for a premier beauty and cosmetics retailer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital brand ambassador;Support the after-sales process, including online orders and refunds;Manage and escalate complaints as needed;Answer customer inquiries and address any doubts;Ensure suggestive selling and cross-selling when the customer is receptive; CompetênciasNative or advanced French (C2) proficiency;Intermediate level of English (B2);Excellent communication skills;Experience in customer service is a plus; Principais BenefíciosWhat do we have for you?
Base salary of 855€/month;Performance bonus up to 100€/month;Complexity bonus of 45€/month;Meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays), between 8am and 7pm;Days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day;Working contract: 4 months (Peak season); Location: Lisbon or homeworking
