O Groupe SEB procura um(a) **Assistente Customer Care** para reforçar o Departamento de **Customer Care** na sua sede em Lisboa:
**Missão**

Garantir excelência na atenção aos clientes do Grupo SEB apoiando nas tarefas principais do departamento Customer Care.

**Principais Responsabilidades**:

- Rever, validar e gravar encomendas em SAP;
- Apoiar a equipa comercial, dando informações sobre o estado das encomendas, guias de entrega, rupturas de stock, previsões de entrega, entre outras;
- Controlar, resolver e analisar as incidências recebidas, quer pelo operador logístico referentes a entregas quer por diferenças de preços de produtos no caso de clientes;
- Apoiar na execução de créditos;
- Preparar, rever e fornecer informação aos clientes, internos e externos, sobre a atividade comercial (estado das encomendas, rupturas de stock, previsões de entrega).

**Requisitos**:

- Conhecimentos em SAP;
- Conhecimentos de Excel, Word, Outlook;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e de trabalho em equipa;
- Capacidade analítica.
