About The Country Manager Role
The Country Manager will strategically provide support in managing and coordinating technical, contractual, and administrative activities of projects on a national scale, leveraging their strategic vision and strong market knowledge.
Reporting to the Group General Manager, the Country Manager's main functions will be to:
Define and implement the Company development strategy on the national market.
Manage and follow-up full project development both on technical and economic aspects.
Lead the operational teams.
Manage optimum relationships with clients, institutions, local Administrations, and partners.
For this position, we require a Senior profile with at least 15 years of experience in the Food Service industry, with a strong background as a Commercial Director or as a Business Development Director and a proven success track record.
Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, strong analytic and strategic outlook of the industry, as well as proven leadership and communication skills are mandatory.
