Role Overview: Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments? Do you have passion for selling and an enormous hunger to succeed?? If so, Healthtech Portugal has the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our team and spearhead the sales efforts of our medtech service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Manager at Healthtech Portugal, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. Your primary focus will be to sell our medtech services to health startups, scaleups and SMEs across Europe. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1.    Market Penetration: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the European medtech market, identifying potential customers and partners.
2.    Relationship Building: Cultivate, nurture and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and partners
3.    Lead Generation: Utilize your expertise in HubSpot or another CRM to effectively manage leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients. Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the customer journey. Be capable of navigating a sales discussion with startups that require nurturing and directional assistance
4.    Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our medtech services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers and partners
5.    Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our dynamic team of professionals, including marketing, and Business Units to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
