Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the Account Management team at Devexperts. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of department business activities. Your outstanding organizational abilities, proficient communication skills, and adept task management will help to enhance the efficiency of our company. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed. Edit, update, and gather approvals for internal department and cross-functional policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments. Collaborate with various teams to facilitate effective communication and information flow. Assist in making travel arrangements for Account Management and coordinating logistics for department events. Handle ad hoc tasks and projects to contribute to overall operational efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's or higher degree is a plus. Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong verbal and written business communication skills in English (C1 or higher). Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
