**Main tasks**:
**In the Technical Assistance process**:

- Coordinate the team in task assignment to achieve the objectives
- Arrange and plan the contacts made with Customers to gather technical and service-related feedback liaising with Sales Manager and Brand Manager
- Problem management and solving
- Manage the stock of Spare parts to ensure fast turnover and avoid excessive stockholding

**In the Technical Assistance Support process**:
Define the characteristics of the offers to be proposed to the list of our customers, and the communication methods to be used to dis
- seminate these

In the Business Support process:

- Evaluate the sizing and the organizational development of the resources, and define the positions and skills required, presenting to the HR Management division
- Ensure achievement of all set KPIs and develop indicators and reference values for company service performances
- Analyze the performance results, defining the incentive criteria and figures
- Cooperate with Sales & Marketing Department to achieve commercial targets or on specific After-Sales Marketing Campaigns
- Identify the periodic (technical-organizational and brand) reference standards and defines the relative Service level agreement and the methods for measuring the results
- Corroborate the proposals and establishes the service KPIs, defining the methods for identifying these and managing the relative parameters
- Identify total car park with a view to ensuring facility capacity
- Ability to measure financial performance for After-Sales operations
- Manage the implementation and compliance of After-Sales Policies and Procedures
- Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence

**Profile**
- Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, business administration or similar field;
- At least 3 years experience in after sales operations;
- Experience in carrying out managerial responsibilities, monitoring utilization of projects and efficiency of employees;
- Focus on problem solving and building strong relationships with suppliers, companies and clients;
- Be passionate about the brands;
- Strong in communication skills;
- Understanding luxury customer lifestyle, luxury retail and/or automotive
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
