HELPDESK & PROXIMITY SUPPORT SENIOR OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2404LCF18141)
**About the job**
- The Helpdesk & Proximity Support Officer provides a quality support to end users in all BNP Paribas Buildings in accordance to the procedures
**Your Main Activities Are**
- Ensure support to end users in the scope of Facilities Management
- Premises management and control (helpdesk tickets and calls, mail, parking, physical accesses, cleaning, human security, central key keeper, waste, recycling)
- Smartcards & lockers attribution
- Reception to suppliers, couriers, express
- Daily distribution of documentation and mail throughout the building
- Institutional Reception Support and Visitors Reception
- Catering ordering and events support
- Meeting rooms reservation and preparation
- Physical archive out control
- Perform and execute the 1st level controls and statistic indicators assigned to the role
**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting
- Up to 2 years of experience in Administrative Support
- Knowledge of Facilities and Services Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Sailpoint
- Organizational skills, proactivity and ability to collaborate with others
