**About the job**
The Helpdesk & Proximity Support Officer provides a quality support to end users in all BNP Paribas Buildings in accordance to the procedures
**Your Main Activities Are**
Ensure support to end users in the scope of Facilities Management
Premises management and control (helpdesk tickets and calls, mail, parking, physical accesses, cleaning, human security, central key keeper, waste, recycling)
Smartcards & lockers attribution
Reception to suppliers, couriers, express
Daily distribution of documentation and mail throughout the building
Institutional Reception Support and Visitors Reception
Catering ordering and events support
Meeting rooms reservation and preparation
Physical archive out control
Perform and execute the 1st level controls and statistic indicators assigned to the role
**Profile and Skills to Success**
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting
Up to 2 years of experience in Administrative Support
Knowledge of Facilities and Services Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Sailpoint
Organizational skills, proactivity and ability to collaborate with others
LI-Hybrid
