Account Based Marketing Specialist

ValGenesis is looking for an Account-Based Marketing Specialist (ABM) who wants to join us in growing our business. As an ABM Specialist at ValGenesis, you will have the opportunity to create and implement ABM campaigns to drive the pipeline from a key accounts list developed in collaboration between Sales and Marketing.

You will be required to take a data-driven approach, continuously testing and evaluating the success of campaigns and the impact they have on the respective key accounts of our sales pipeline.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting tactic combinations, aligning internal teams, and executing each item as a project.
- Iterate and optimize campaigns based on the data they generate and their respective analysis.
- Work closely with other marketing department teams as well as Sales to build integrated marketing actions.
- Ensure alignment between Sales and Marketing actions.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in Account-Based Marketing or developing marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing time and resources between each of them.
- Proficient at leveraging data and insights in the development of campaign plans aligned to account strategy.
- Have a demonstrated track record of executing, monitoring, and optimizing integrated campaigns and their budgets.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and work cross-functionally as part of a team.
- Experienced with MS Office, as well as a mainstream CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

**Bonus**:

- Experience in Google Suite tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio)
- Social Media advertising (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Content Marketing (Newsletters, Blog posts, etc.)
- Fluency in additional languages such as Portuguese, French German or Spanish)
- MSc in Marketing, Business or a relevant field is ideal but not mandatory

**Benefits**

Our Lisbon office is hybrid. We believe that in-person interaction and collaboration foster creativity, and a sense of community, and is critical to our future success as a company. Our hybrid schedule is 3 days per week, within a reasonable commuting distance to our Lisbon office.
