- Prioritize tasks based on the business value for the company.
- Assist in the prioritization and negotiation of deliveries with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate teams involved in the projects, ensuring effective communication between all members.
- Implement best practices and processes in the CRM domain.
- Promote continuous improvement of the processes and systems in use.
- Provide technical and functional support for the implemented CRM solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure they stay within established timelines and budgets.
- Ensure all deliveries meet established quality standards.
- Perform quality reviews and acceptance testing.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and delivery.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential problems.
- Maintain constant and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and expectations to align deliveries accordingly.
- Promote the continuous development of the team's skills.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies that may benefit CRM processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Commerce.
- Experience and deep knowledge of business processes related to CRM, especially in the Lead-to-Quote domain.
- Experience in Apptus, Conga, and Salesforce.
- Understanding of how to integrate CRM systems with other enterprise solutions.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, with skills in leading, motivating, and developing teams.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and improve processes.
- Capacity to perform requirements analysis and technical specifications.
- Skills to negotiate deadlines, resources, and expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for CRM implementation and management.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
