We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who is responsible for overseeing all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Working closely with Staffing, Talent Acquisition, L&D, the Practice Leads and other stakeholders, the HRBP supports the overall aim of the projects, ensuring that policies and practices are being implemented and aligned with the operational needs of the business. The HRBP is responsible for implementing People & Culture strategies in order to reach high levels of employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.

**Your role**

As an HRBP you will be the single point of contact for all HR related topics:

- Be part of the Talent Acquisition needs to ensure high-quality talent is delivered to the business in a timely, cost-effective manner;
- Manage onboarding process, probation period evaluation and progress checks;
- Gather and analyse data to support workforce planning and identify capability gaps;
- Supports the staffing team in the performance of their responsibilities;
- Analyse bench reports and low usability to be able to support both the staffing team and the Waegers (bridge between both departments - operations and staffing); Identify training needs and discuss with L&D team in order to support personal development plans;
- Manage performance, talent management process and ensure succession planning;
- Develop and implement retention activities and strategies to retain high potential and high performers;
- Contribute to the delivery of an effective compensation and benefits strategy, supported by benchmarking and ensuring internal equity;
- Ensure that all company guidelines and policies are well known and complied with; Implement and support continuous follow up and feedback;
- Mediate and solve employee relations issues before they affect the business;
- Provide ongoing HR consulting services to all Waegers on HR programs, best practices, policies and regulatory requirements, including interpretation of policies, identification of risk, impact to business and recommended solutions;
As an HRBP you will also:

- Ensure that all HR processes are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision;
- Implement an employee-oriented company culture that provides the means for an adequate work/life balance, a collaborative environment and also emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance;
- Guarantee that the company provides equal opportunities to all Waegers;
- Be an active advocate of the employer branding strategy and activities accordingly to each market and role, in order to attract the best talent;
- Analysis of employee trends, metrics and HR analytics to enhance people processes and people engagement.
- Act as a Waeg, an IBM Company ambassador and promote our Culture & Values, ensure that all team members are active and inspired Waeg, an IBM Company, advocates;
- Provide effective management of the business needs, employees’ engagement and continuous improvement and innovation within processes and people;
- Provide effective management of all the HR processes and overseeing all HR systems.

**Your skills**

In order to be successful in our team we expect you to bring at least 5+ years of working experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast paced and growing organization, and:

- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or similar field
- Professional experience in similar roles
- Fluent in English
- Proven ability to work with multicultural teams in international environments
- People management and leadership capability across the HR function
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive issues
- Strong customer service and results oriented mindset
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Labor law knowledge and strong experience in social relations

You have the possibility to work from home with regular visits to the office, once a month (minimum).
