In 2022, Alter Solutions joined the act digital Group, constituting a global community of talent in Technology, with presence in twelve countries: Germany, Belgium, Canada, Brazil, United States of America, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Serbia and Morocco.

In Portugal, we partner with over 120 clients and a team of over 500 people, working in projects for industries as diverse as banking, insurance, transportation, aviation, energy, and telecom.

Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.

**Descrição do emprego**
- Develop strategic partnerships with the Operations business unit, based on a solid understanding of business needs, to align requirements and priorities, and customize HR solutions and/or HR deliverables in supporting the business in fulfilling growth aspirations, business, organizational, and people results.
- Support in the development and implementation of HR strategies, priorities, and activities within the Operations business unit and functions.
- Provide high quality generalist HR support and advice to managers and employees whilst ensuring compliance with global policies and local legislation.
- Act as member of the Operations Management Team to ensure Alter Solutions’ values/practices are reflected/integrated in all management decisions and HR Plans.
- Driving HR projects and changes in the organization.
