Revenue Operations Analyst

Unbabel is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst who can support our fast growing Revenue Operations team. You’ll support all revenue activities and build out the revenue systems, reporting and technical processes to enable us to scale.
Every day will bring new challenges and require cross-functional collaboration to maintain and enhance our revenue operations. This role will challenge you to never accept the status quo.
Expect to be challenged in this role as you’ll be identifying process improvements in all aspects of revenue operations and architecting them for the first time. You will report to the Head of Revenue Operations.

How you will make an impact
- You must instinctively understand how to build trust and credibility internally with revenue, marketing, technology, Human Resources and Finance.
- You will be supporting the business by providing accurate and insightful management information reports - you will play a key role in developing and providing quality information that will drive future decisions of the business.
- Within the role you will identify opportunities for smarter ways of working - driving productivity, automation and key business insight with your system skills.
- Develop and maintain automated reports to distribute critical revenue analysis to stakeholders in sales, marketing and management.
- Drive increased adoption of sales technology tools and processes and continue to optimize those processes through partnerships with our technology team and others in the business
- Work collaboratively across teams to produce and automate reports.
About you
- Previous experience within sales, revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis, business operations and/or management reporting. Bonus points for experience with commission tools such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ etc.
- Experience working with Salesforce and Sheets/Excel required, bonus points for experience with Visualisation tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau and other systems such as Hubspot, Groove, LinkedIn, Guru, Salesforce CPQ etc.
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Comfortable with ambiguity and remain flexible to find alternative solutions
- Highly motivated with a proven track record for achieving results
- Extreme attention to detail and passion for accuracy in all reporting and data gathering in a changing environment
- Strong sales fluency, an understanding of what drives sales organizations and how sales organizations are measured
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work virtually, in a global team environment
- Demonstrated experience driving innovation and process improvement that enables the business to achieve its objectives
- Strong project and time management skills, with an ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines
