About the Role
We are seeking a Revenue Systems Operations Strategist to join our team. This individual will support strategic and tactical platform projects to improve usability, increase business efficiencies, and deliver enhancements and fixes to the Revenue operational systems managed by the I&E System Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-tier technical and process support directly for inquiries related to Revenue Business Operation's platforms, including support for system records that drive delivery, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Operational support of product line campaigns, including Client Services Revenue, Subscriptions, Platforms, Bulletins, and other bulk product deliveries.
- Under general supervision, support investigation and resolution of issues, concerns, and general requests.
- Conduct periodic Quality Control checks and Data Audits.
- Support platform maintenance and enhancements as defined in the operations roadmap for integrations and system improvements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have a BS/BA degree or combination of experience and formal education. You should also have experience contributing to the delivery of accurate and timely resolutions to inquiries under direct guidance. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong knowledge of customer service standards, processes, and tools, as well as ability to contribute to support projects/inquiries related to CRM, ERP, and other operational systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or similar role.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
