Bosch Termotecnologia, S.A. is present in Portugal with more than 1.300 employees who are responsible for the development, production and commercialization of innovative solutions that make the houses more intelligent, efficient and environmentally friendly.
The success of the company lies in its highly specialized and innovative team and in the technological know-how that makes Bosch the leader in the European water heater market.
Its production unit in Aveiro manages the worldwide activities of the residential water solutions business unit and the offices in Lisbon develops sales and after-sales services, as well as consulting and designing projects for the design of heating and air conditioning solutions.
**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:
- Support in coordinating daily tasks in sales operations for our sales team across Africa;
- Identification, assessment and development of proposals to standardize and harmonize processes related to logistics and sales operations;
- Support in administrative tasks such as price list updates and product data management;
- Planning and execution of marketing activities such as website updates, catalogue updates, and customer events;
- Follows up with customers, the sales team, our business units and plants regarding ongoing projects in product management.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration or closely related fields;
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus;
- Being self-directed, self-motivated and keen to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to work within a team in an international environment;
- Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Good communication skills;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
- French knowledge is a plus.
