**Your mission**:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Service specialist to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual that’s passionate about customer support, is empathic and
only commute you will need to worry about is getting to your home desk.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Responding to customer product and service reviews.
- Helping customers with queries ranging from deliveries and returns through to how they can get the most benefit from using their products.
- Building and maintaining great relationships with our other team members and our customers.
- Communication always needs to be clear, concise and friendly.
- Demonstrate empathy and genuine care for our customers where it's needed
- Escalate certain types of customer feedback for formal investigations, particularly where safety is concerned
- Compile key customer insights and areas where we can improve the customer experience
**Your profile**:
ABOUT YOU:
- Comfortable working through asynchronous workflows and tools.
- Have a growth mindset and exciting about working with a company that is changing constantly.
- You have a passion for health, fitness, and the wellness industry
- Calm under pressure and shows empathy when dealing with customers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in French or German and English - both in written and verbal communications.
- You have previous experience in a customer-facing support or operations role
