Join us.- Associate Sales Ops and CRM- LIVE- What you will do- You, as our Associate Sales Ops and CRM at ACCP, will support the delivery of day-to-day D&A activities. You are responsible for training and support of the affiliate teams in Veeva CRM and use of OneKey database, supporting day to day activities related to activity planning and prioritization, stakeholder management and data troubleshooting for the respective affiliate(s), etc.- Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting affiliate(s) teams with all Veeva CRM related activities (training, day-to-day user support, etc.)
- Supporting business planning and decision making through activity and sales ops data analysis.
- Ensuring data quality and validation.
- Calculating sales and activity targets for each cycle based on predefined design and tracking the performance.
- Supporting ACCP continuous improvement activities.
- Supporting wider business units on an ad hoc basis (Finance/FP&A/BusinessEnablement).

- Proven experience and skills needed:
- University Degree
- 2+ years working in a sales operations or similar position
- Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication.
- Strong Excel and other MS Office products knowledge.
- Experience in Veeva CRM, SalesForce, MI or similar CRM system.
- Preferred Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM.
- Basic experience of Tableau.
- Experience with OneKey database.
- Demonstrated service-minded attitude.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to clearly explain processes and procedures.
- Fluency in multiple European languages.
