**Your Responsibilities.**

As a trusted partner to the Leadership in the country, you will translate business requirements into human capital imperatives.
- Be part of the Regional HR team and collaborates to execute projects and drive integration
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
- Facilitate and support organizational development and change management measures on country level Counsel and support local management in personnel & organization development and in the resolution of specific, usually escalated individual local HR issues
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and deploy global HR policies, strategies and instruments on country level
- Communicate and manage the implementation of HR strategy / new concepts, such as talent management, performance management framework, diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Ensure the right talent capabilities to support the business by driving and facilitating performance management and people development
- Act as the local Country representative to external entities.

**Your Profile**
- You have bachelors or master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- You have at least 8-10 years human resources experience with dealing with Works Councils/Unions in Portugal
- You have proven success in inspiring and driving change in business.
- You have demonstrated the ability to challenge and influence at all levels
- Knowledge of the Portuguese Labor Code and legislative framework related to employee-employer relationships.
- International experience is a plus
