Estamos a recrutar um Purchase Administrative Officer - FRANCÊS para uma empresa especialista em logística industrial que se dedica aos serviços de soluções de transporte e logísticos de marcas nacionais e internacionais.
**A SUA FUNÇÃO**:
O profissional a admitir será responsável por:
- Contactar diretamente com o cliente;
- Assegurar a melhoria contínua dos resultados operacionais,
- Gestão de uma carteira de clientes de certificação no setor industrial, proporcionando um atendimento de excelência;
- Verificação e validação de faturas de fornecedores de acordo com as especificidades de cada país;
- Acompanhar o processo até ao pagamento da fatura;
- Apoiar na análise e previsão na atividade de compra;
- Identificar e indicar desvios.
**REQUISITOS PARA SER BEM SUCEDIDO**:
- Formação em gestão, economia ou áreas similares;
- Experiência profissional de pelo menos 1 ano em área semelhante;
- Experiência em ambiente multicultural (preferencial);
- Bons conhecimentos em ferramentas de validação de faturas de compra;
- Conhecimentos em Excel (nível avançado);
- Fluência em Francês (obrigatório);
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês (obrigatório).
**Oferece-se**:
- Remuneração base anual entre os 14.000 e 18.000 euros;
- Horário de Trabalho: 08:30h - 17:30h, de 2ª a 6ª;
- Teletrabalho parcial.
