**Twój zakres obowiązków**:

- Przeglądanie i ocena przypadków pod kątem potencjalnych naruszeń;
- Odpowiadanie na pytania klientów np. poprzez telefon i czat;
- Zapewnianie doskonałej obsługi klienta pasażerom i kierowcom;
- Obsługa klientów, dostarczanie odpowiednich rozwiązań i alternatyw w odpowiednim czasie;
- Duza wiedza na temat usług klienta w celu zapewnienia efektywnego wsparcia i proaktywnych sugestii;
- Podejmowanie świadomych decyzji na podstawie analizy, stosując ustalone polityki i wytyczne;
- Przestrzeganie korporacyjnych polityk dotyczących poufności oraz odpowiedniego postępowania z informacjami klientów, aby zapewnić bezpieczeństwo informacji.

**Wymagania pracodawcy**:

- Biegle mówisz po polsku (co najmniej C1)
- Posługujesz się językiem angielskim na poziomie komunikatywnym (co najmniej B2)
- Mieszkasz w Lizbonie lub jesteś gotowy do przeprowadzki
- Masz silne rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacji w mowie i piśmie

**WYNAGRODZENIE**:

- 1227 euro brutto bez zakwaterowania
- 1040 euro brutto z zakwaterowaniem (prywatny pokój w dzielonym mieszkaniu)
